Угораю от Коринн))) Поохмуряла мужика и в люлю баиньки, а вы там, злые тётки, изливайте свой яд, что мужик запал на это гламурное кисо. И никакой тебе бессонницы, что уведут мужика. После третьего выпуска буду мечтать, чтобы Ник в финале выбрал Коринн - два сапога пара! Жаль будет, если он её выгонит... Виенна - бледная моль по сравнению с Коринн.

Возьму на себя роль Капитана Очевидность: Ник выберет в финале (если невесты сами не разбегутся) кого-то из тех, кто будет на индивидуальном свидании - с первого по седьмое. Уже было два. Как говорит статистика почти четырёх десятков сезонов "Холостяка" разных стран, участница/участник первого ИС ещё не были F1. Самая большая вероятность у участницы второго ИС, и дальше пойдёт в сторону уменьшения вероятности. Danielle Maltby слишком хороша для Ника, чтобы стать его Ф1, потому что ей хочется найти мужа, а Нику хочется найти секс без обязательств. Поэтому вернее будет сказать - Ник слишком плох для Даниэль. Но, надеюсь, после шоу она станет значительно смелее. Во время ИС Ванессы у меня было впечатление - вот она, Ф1 двадцать первого сезона, даже её слабый желудок не пошатнул это впечатление. Но после предъявы Нику про его недостойное поведение с Коринн начал сильно сомневаться, достаточно ли Ник хорош для неё.

Относительно Коринн, и её imminent changes. Эпизод, когда кто-то там говорил что она даже не знает как ложку после себя помыть, был довольно показателен в плане проблем, с которыми она сталкивается в доме. Т.е. во-первых это бытовые проблемы. Но это не так страшно. Когда ребёнка учишь что-то делать по дому, ему сначала может быть даже интересно. Основная проблема - реакция на это окружающих, постоянные насмешки и социальная изоляция, особенно учитывая что она и так на дне популярности в доме (с этим, кстати, и связано то что она много спит). Вот это будет довольно сложно, и может создать необходимый кризис, который может стать двигателем изменений в личности. Но здесь нужно понимать две вещи. 1) если такой кризис и наступит, он будет вызван социальными причинами, а не любого рода отношениями с Ником, которые у неё как были примитивными, так ими и останутся. Просто по мере отмирания иллюзий на то что она может быть избранницей (и что всё это не напрасно), её социальные проблемы будут становиться всё более актуальными. 2) сам по себе кризис это ещё не развитие. Выходить из кризиса можно по разному - можно отгородиться от окружающих, и стать ещё более агрессивным, или демонстрировать пассивную агрессию. Можно искренне осознать то, что именно ты делаешь не так, но даже это ещё не развитие. Развитие это длительный процесс работы над проблемами, которые ты осознал во время кризиса. Но в любом случае - если такой кризис у неё наступит, это будет "хорошее ТВ", так что возможно Шарлин была права.

Ванесса - достаточно требовательна, к себе, к окружающим, и в особенности к своему избраннику. Если помните, я говорил что Крис и Уитни не сходятся потому что она - целеустремлённая, а он - имеет более расслабленный характер. Вот здесь это различие ещё более актуально, как мне кажется. Ник, правда, говорил что ему нравятся девушки, которые его мотивируют и подталкивают, но в долгосрочной перспективе, мне кажется, это плохо работает. А относительно кто для кого хорош, думаю идеал мужчины - более целеустремлённый, чем Ник, а идеал женщины - более мягкий характер, чем у Ванессы. Так что в этом плане они оба неидеальны.

Ну так ей подружка же, которая на нее заявку посылала, сказала же, что вряд ли Ник будет холостяком, тем не менее же она все равно собиралась на шоу. Мне кажется она смотрела ВiР? Может ей было достаточно того, что она там увидела? Вон Лиз видела его в сезонах Холостячки, но он ее в них не заинтересовал, а заинтересовал только в ВiР!
Позавчера Бекка была в одной передаче, так она вообще ничего не смотрела до того, как пошла на шоу! Есть те, как мы, которые смотрят все подряд, а есть такие, которые мало чего смотрят, смотрят их друзья.

Коринн никто серьезно не воспринимает и не понимают что его в ней заинтересовало. Вот ей и показалось, что его поведение не тянет на человека, который хочет в итоге жениться, об этом то она и спрашивала, о его намерениях.

И Крис Харрисон на днях отвечал, что во время показа ВiР было видно как народ благосклонно реагирует на Ника. Потом говорил о том, что каждого ГГ при подписании контракта свои требования. Кого интересуют деньги, кого интересует последующая работа, которую ему гарантируют и только Ник такой вот парнишка, который шел на шоу ради любви, все это оргов очень подкупило! И они его давно знают и, конечно же, хотят, чтобы он был счастлив.

Ник же сказал, что не срослось, е все начинающиеся отношения перерастают во что то и сказал, что с тех пор они больше не встречались, но общались, остались друзьями. Что тут мутного? Просто оргам нечего из этого больше было высосать, они же подают все так, как им надо.

Sharleen Joynt on The Bachelor: Episode 3

It’s not often that I’m all chipper over an episode of The Bachelor, but I really am today! I thought last night’s was a rare near-perfect ep. It had all the components of an entertaining yet moving reality TV viewing experience: some friendly competition, several comedic moments, a lead whose actions you can understand, a contestant whose struggle you can understand, a villain whose discomfort fills you with a bit of schadenfreude glee, and an epic date which reaffirms your faith in this show’s ability to produce a real love story.

Speaking of that villain, I came around a bit with Corinne this week. It’s not that I’m suddenly a fan; I imagine living with her would have been absolute hell. But after marinating on the subject, I’ve decided I would rather someone consciously play the character everyone loves to hate, rather than have their lack of self awareness and unpopularity exploited and edited as someone everyone loves to hate. Corinne is more than willing to be that person in her not caring about friendships with the women, her insistence on leading with only her sexuality, her unabashedly behaving like a child. To me, the nanny stuff is so absurd it’s funny. Assuming it’s true that she doesn’t know how to do her own laundry, she’s clearly proud of that helplessness and will tell anyone who will listen. Honestly, though, I don’t believe Corinne doesn’t know how to clean her own clothes (or spoons); the nanny stuff strikes me as an obvious and rather nouveau riche display of wealth. We’ve heard her mention her family’s “multi-million dollar company” numerous times now and that seems to be her fallback excuse if anyone tries to critique her immature or low class behaviour. How can she be X,Y, and Z if she “runs” a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS, hmm??

To address the contestant whose struggle you can understand, I felt for Dominique during the second Group Date. Nick obviously just wasn’t that into her and that stings, plain and simple. The unfortunate reality of this show is that most contestants will feel (and especially when the season airs, become) invisible. I may not sound as sympathetic as I should, but that’s the name of this game, and as such, hate the game and not its players. It’s the risk you take when you sign the dotted line, and frankly, it’s a pretty benign outcome in exchange for what can be a pretty cool experience. Wouldn’t you rather be one of the “invisible” contestants who gets to travel, make lifelong friends and partake in once-in-a-lifetime experiences, sans some scarring edit or eleventh hour heartbreak? Obviously the best case scenario is all of those things PLUS a happy engagement and a million-plus Instagram followers, but that just isn’t going to be the case for 29 of the 30 women. In my humble opinion, women in Dominique’s position should focus more on the unique experience than their relationship with the lead. I’m not saying Dominique should have become all “wrong reasons” about it, but rather that she shouldn’t have wasted her energy obsessing and comparing. After all, you shouldn’t want a man who needs you to lay down the law the way she did in order to make you feel special. As Andy commented while we*were watching, “Nobody can be argued with into wanting to be with you.”*It’s not Nick’s fault he just wasn’t as focused on her as he was some of the other women; in fact, I would wager he put in more of an effort with the peripheral ladies than most Bachelors tend to. I found Nick’s sending Dominique home in this moment to be kind, gentle and the perfect response; he knew he couldn’t give her what she wanted but recognized how it was putting a dent in her self esteem, so he ended her struggle right there and then.

My Top 4 this week are…

1. Vanessa, 29: It’s going to take a LOT for me to bump Vanessa from this spot. Her 1-on-1 was the most touching and real date I think I’ve ever seen on this show, and I’ve been watching this stuff for a looooong time. From the zero-gravity kisses to the way Nick gazed at her while she vomited (!) to the authentic and vulnerability-inducing conversation they shared over “dinner,” I just can’t picture Nick with anyone else at this point. You could see him soaking in these moments, imprinting them in his memory. Oh and have I mentioned I love Vanessa? She’s naturally gorgeous (I love how little makeup she wears) and sweet, but also nobody’s fool; she doesn’t take any shit, as evidenced by her confronting Nick about Corinne at the end of the episode. My favorite part of this was when she rightfully said, “I’m not judging Corinne, I’m judging your actions.” VANESSA STAYS.

2. Danielle M, 31: In traditional first 1-on-1 recipient form, Danielle M didn’t get much airtime, but she’s still not going anywhere anytime soon. While I didn’t see close to Vanessa-calibre sparks between Danielle M and Nick last week, you can tell he has a soft spot for Danielle M and cares about her.

3. Rachel, 31: I love the palpable*respect these two have for each other when they interact, and there’s solid chemistry there. Rachel hasn’t been on the forefront airtime-wise which is a testament to her social grace, as having the First Impression Rose and a Group Date rose (from the only date she’s been on so far) under her belt only three episodes in can be a surefire way to have a target on your back. She’s smart, elegant, and above all, likable. I’m really looking forward to their 1-on-1, which we know has to be coming soon.

4. Raven, 25: I was torn between putting Danielle L and Raven in this spot, but I was swayed by Raven’s conversations with Nick versus Danielle L’s. Sure, Danielle L’s interactions are plenty romantic and there’s a strong attraction there, but Nick seems to put stock in Raven’s opinion which, if I know Nick, is probably the highest form of praise he offers. Raven’s been a quiet constant in these two episodes and I’d be surprised if she doesn’t have a 1-on-1 coming her way.

С каждым сезоном становится все сложнее избагать эту информацию. В этом сезоне она была повсюду куда я ходила, сразу же после окончания съемок! Т.е. надо намеренно никуда не ходить в интернете, чтобы на нее не натыкаться. А я стараюсь познакомиться с участницами перед началом сезона и обязательно на что то натыкаюсь! :ph34r:

А я бы поставила по итогам этой недели Danielle L на 2-е место, наверное, после Ванессы. То, как Ник описывал свои бабочки в животе от Danielle L и его поведение при их разговоре - в данный момент Danielle L, мне кажется, ему интересней больше, чем Равен. И, возможно, на следующей неделе у него будет с ней ИС (надо будет уточнить). И, возможно, после этого Ванесса с ней будет скандалить (где то натыкалась на такую информацию), но посмотрим.
И я еще ни в одном сезоне не видела, чтобы девченки так агрессивно атаковали Холостяка... :rolleyes:
Мне нравится читать Ника, очень реально сатновится насколько нелегко, когда тебе нравится столько разных женщин по разному и никого не хочется обидеть. И видно как он старается сделать так, чтобы им было комфортно в его присутствии.

First of all, did anyone else find the segue from last week's cliffhanger really weird? Last week closed with Nick telling the girls on the Group Date that he and Liz had sex, then it was "To Be Continued". Now suddenly we're back at the mansion, Christen having gotten the Group Date rose is completely glossed over (I actually missed this on first watch), and the house is in a general frenzy. Or so we're told. Notice Alexis packing her bag (everyone's least favorite thing about Rose Ceremonies, I swear), and then notice what she's wearing in the ITM...

Now listen to how "The fact that Nick and Liz hooked up before this" is frankenbitten in...

In fact,*I thought I recognized it, and indeed it was from last week's Group Date...

... meaning Alexis was talking about the girls going "crazy" in the house before ever knowing about Liz. Obviously this isn't a big deal, but goes to show how we're made to believe the girls were losing their shit over Lizgate, when in reality, it might not have really troubled any of them—especially since they found out after*Nick had booted her, effectively making whatever "advantage" she might have had moot.

Another fun fact that you may have picked up on by now: All branded things around the house have to be covered up. So from turning "I"s into "L"s to straight-up taping over brand names, every single food item packaging in that kitchen, from the hummus to the marshmallows, is altered in some way...

AND YET, did anyone else notice the Reddi Whip commercial that took place after this Rose Ceremony? I've seen a lot of seasons of this show and don't recall ever seeing a whipped cream commercial, let alone one for a brand that was just seen on the show itself. Just sayin'...
