The next chapter in this saga was D.Lo giving Dean a long-overdue ultimatum. What I liked about how D.Lo went about this was that she didn’t take the tone of Kristina being the enemy. Rather, you felt she knew it wasn’t fair to either of them to be led on on this fashion, much less in plain view of each other. What I didn’t like was how there was almost zero eye contact between either of them during this exchange; what should’ve been a heartfelt conversation about choosing and pursuing a relationship with each other was bizarrely spent not looking at each other at all. A highlight was Dean telling D.Lo he had to focus on her while not once focusing his eyes on her. It was too rich to not be preserved as a GIF…

Now for the clear meat-and-potatoes of the episode: the argument between Kristina and Raven.
I adore Kristina and think she’s a fantastic mix of strength and vulnerability, and her storyline this whole season has been one I’m sure many, many women can relate to.

However, I agreed with Raven in their dispute, and I give her props for being brave enough to tell it like it is.
Whether or not Kristina and Raven are actual friends or whether or not Raven was intoxicated, the gist of what she was saying was wholly true.

It’s easy to lay blame on the “other woman” when she tempts “your” man to stray, but as Raven SO aptly put it, D.Lo wasn’t the one Kristina had entrusted with her heart. And for every mixed message Dean was giving Kristina, he was surely sending one D.Lo’s way as well. In other words, there’s a ringleader here—a common denominator—and it’s not D.Lo.

I was so happy to see Kristina leave on her own (though I’m not sure I would’ve let Dean walk me out or have granted him a farewell hug) and thought it was an excellent display of her aforementioned strength.

A lot of Paradise contestants might’ve immediately wondered who else they could pursue, just to stay on TV longer, or just to make Dean jealous. Kristina left right on time, having given that relationship her all (too much, in my opinion), but with her head held high and her self respect intact.

Шарлин не знает о жертвенной любви русских женщин и не совсем понимает Кристину, а потому ее так оценивает.
Для Кристины, которой даже толком не досталось маминой любви (и в этом заложена ее огромная проблема в отношениях) на самом деле любовь - это самое важное, она будет искать любовь пока ее не найдет и будет приносить в жертву для этого что то. Hе думаю, что засветиться на ТВ ей было настолько важно, как другим участникам шоу, которые сожалели только о том, что так мало там побыли и любой ценой старались пробыть дольше. На редкость к сожалению таковых было большинство в этом сезоне. (((
А Кристина реально запала на Дина, а потому и не хотела чего то видеть, не хотела знать, что она его может потерять, потому что после потери мамы, каждая потеря любви ей невероятно болезненно дается. Какие у нее были варианты? Наблюдать за Дином и DLo? И даже тут она не приминула сделать Дина неправым за то, что якобы он ей не дал возможности развивать другие отношения, как в свое время она обвинила Ника в том, что он не дал ей возможности создать с ним отношения.
Интересный момент. Шарлин видит, что Дин не берет ответственности за свои действия и не видит, что то же самое делает и Кристина. В очередной раз она оказалась жертвой, хоть и делал все, чтобы таковой не казаться. Но, похоже, у Кристины займет время осознать это и перестать создавать ситуации, в которых она будет жертвой.

Не знаю как это все воспринимает Кристина, но, похоже, она сделала далекоидущие выводы из того, что он приехал с ней к ней домой и они провели 2 недели вместе, а потому она подумала, что их многое связывает, а Даниелла так, физическое притяжение. Возможно, что Кристина думает, что если бы не появилась DLo, то ничего бы не было, а я думаю, что мог бы появиться еще кто то другой, та же близняшка, и если бы не было DLo он бы пошел на свидание с ней. Но Дин ей давно уже говорил, чтобы она встречалась с другими тоже, это было ее решение/западение - циклиться на нем. А Дин, похоже все еще shopping around. Я знаю, что после BIP он все еще встречался с DLo, много разных фоток мелькало везде. Хотя кто то и говорил, что он потом встречался с обеими еще, но это как то сомнительно. Бекка пишет, что сейчас он свободен.
А вообще DLo ни в чем не виновата, у Дина с Кристиной не было committed relationship, да и это было решение Дина выбрать ее.

Welcome back, Bachelor Nation! I can’t believe we are already here! There is only one more week left in Paradise for this season and next week we are going to do something we have never done in Paradise history. Instead of letting Paradise end on the last day in Mexico, we are bringing back all your favorites in front of a live studio audience to let you get a peek at what life will be like after the show. Will some couples still be together? Will anybody get engaged and become the next Jade and Tanner or Evan and Carly? Will anyone end up heartbroken?

Before we get to all of that, let’s take a look back at everything that has transpired since last week. First of all, the Dean-Kristina-Danielle love triangle has finally come to an end with Kristina giving an emotional speech at the rose ceremony. I think we were all proud of her that night as we watched her stand up for herself, something she admitted she should have done much earlier as Dean continued to be indecisive.

Ladies, and gentlemen, if someone is indecisive, you don’t have to wait for them. You can make the decision on your own. That’s exactly what Kristina did. But all is not lost: Dean can now refocus his attention onto Danielle, and the two of them can figure out if all this heartbreak as worth it. I suppose we’ll find out next week.

Jack Stone finally found a connection with Christen,

but then Blake (of Blake vs. Whaboom) arrived and took her on a date. Thankfully for Jack, things did not go well for Blake. I mean they didn’t go well for him at all. He seemed hard pressed to survive in the climate, and he had what seemed like a terrible time. Blake arrived only a few minutes before Fred, and even though they both went home, Fred told me he had a really great time in Paradise. They even went on the same date. Maybe attitude is the difference between enjoying Paradise and hating it?

For some people, Paradise just wasn’t meant to be this time. I think we have all been waiting a long time to see Ben Z. find his love. He’s an all around great guy, but sometimes that magic and chemistry isn’t there for you. Sure, it’s good to know he has Zeus waiting for him at home,

but I’m still hoping he finds a love connection. Who knows? Maybe he’ll find it sooner rather than later.
